1. Introduction
Welcome to Minerva Society Introductions (“Minerva”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and participation in the Minerva Society Introductions service.
By submitting an application, making payment, participating in introductions or using our website, you agree to these Terms.
2. Eligibility
Participants must:
Be at least 21 years old.
Provide accurate information during the application process.
Be genuinely interested in building platonic friendships.
Comply with our Community Expectations and any reasonable instructions provided by The Society.
We reserve the right to accept, decline or discontinue participation at our discretion.
3. The Service
Minerva Society Introductions is a curated friendship introduction service designed to help women build meaningful social connections.
The service may include:
Application review.
Compatibility assessment.
Personalised matching.
Introduction coordination.
Meeting recommendations.
Follow-up support.
Up to three curated introduction rounds.
Minerva Society Introductions is not a dating service, recruitment service or professional networking platform.
4. Fees & Payment
Participation requires payment of a one-time £45 administration fee unless otherwise stated.
Minerva Arts Supper Club members may receive complimentary access as part of their membership benefits.
All fees are subject to our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
5. Matching & Introductions
We carefully review each application and aim to create thoughtful introductions based on compatibility, interests, lifestyle and friendship preferences.
However:
Friendship cannot be guaranteed.
Compatibility cannot be guaranteed.
Future contact between participants cannot be guaranteed.
Ongoing relationships between participants cannot be guaranteed.
We facilitate introductions but cannot control the outcome of any relationship that develops.
Matching may take up to three weeks depending on availability, demand and compatibility requirements.
6. Participant Responsibilities
Participants agree to:
Treat others with kindness and respect.
Attend arranged introductions punctually.
Provide reasonable notice if cancellation or rescheduling is required.
Participate honestly and in good faith.
Respect the privacy of fellow participants.
Repeated no-shows, disruptive behaviour, dishonesty, harassment or conduct that negatively impacts the experience of others may result in removal from the service.
7. Privacy & Personal Information
We take participant privacy seriously.
Personal contact information will not be shared with other participants without consent.
Participants remain responsible for any information they voluntarily choose to share with others during or after introductions.

8. Events & Additional Experiences
From time to time, Minerva or The Society may offer optional events, gatherings, activities or social experiences.
Participation in such events may be subject to separate booking terms, pricing and cancellation policies. However, Introduction participants will be gifted preferable discounts.
9. Liability
While we strive to create positive experiences, participation in introductions and related activities is undertaken at your own risk.
Minerva Society Introductions shall not be liable for:
Personal disagreements between participants.
Decisions made by participants.
Losses arising from relationships formed through the service.
Indirect or consequential losses.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where such exclusion would be unlawful.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend, restrict or terminate participation where we reasonably believe it is necessary to protect the safety, wellbeing or experience of other participants.
No refund will be provided where participation is terminated due to a breach of these Terms or our Community Expectations. A full refund will be provided if we review your submission & feel we cannot deliver.
11. Changes To These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
The latest version will always be available on our website.
Continued participation in the service constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.
