Cancellation & Refunds.
1. Introduction Service Fee
The £45 Introduction Fee is a one-time, non-refundable administration fee.
This fee covers the time involved in reviewing applications, assessing compatibility, coordinating introductions, facilitating meetings and providing ongoing support throughout the introduction process.
As substantial work begins once an application is submitted, refunds are not available after payment has been made.
2. Introduction Rounds
Each participant is entitled to up to three curated introduction rounds.
If an introduction is not the right fit, Minerva Society Introductions will continue the matching process within the participant’s remaining allocation.
Unused introduction rounds have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for refunds, credits or transfers.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Participants are expected to respect the time and effort of fellow participants.
If you need to cancel or reschedule an arranged introduction, we ask that you provide at least 48 hours’ notice wherever possible. If you cancel or reschedule within 48 hours you retain the rights to that round.
Repeated cancellations, last-minute cancellations or no-shows may result in an introduction round being counted as used.
Upon submission of your form, if we feel we cannot find a match for you in our pool, we will give you a refund and inform you that a match is not feasible.
4. No-Shows
Failure to attend a confirmed introduction without reasonable notice may result in that introduction round being forfeited.
Repeated no-shows may result in removal from the service without refund.
5. Introductions Arranged By The Society
If Minerva Society Introductions is unable to proceed with a planned introduction due to circumstances within our control, the introduction round will not be counted and an alternative introduction will be arranged.
6. Matching Timeframes
While we aim to arrange introductions as quickly as possible, matching may take up to three weeks depending on availability, compatibility requirements and demand.
No refunds will be issued due to matching timeframes, unless the match exceeds a month's wait time.
